There’s a lot of sickness going around. I’ve been working hard to stay well. This recipe has eight cloves of garlic, which supposedly does good things for your immune system. It’s also delicious.
Here’s the link to the recipe. I used nested tagliatelle instead of spaghetti because that’s what I had, and it was so good. I didn’t mince the parsley small enough because I was using a paring knife and the parsley had the biggest herb leaves I’ve ever seen. Didn’t notice, probably because the noodles were larger so it was still to scale!
Wonderfully easy, comforting without being too heavy, and took 20 minutes start to finish. The best combo!
